We have a K550 sound bar, satellite speakers and wireless subwoofer connected to our UN65KS8000 via Bluetooth. it has worked well until a few weeks ago. I noticed a stutter or skipping of audio while watching streaming shows and thought it was a wifi (speed or latency) issue.

After testing two different wifi networks, two different streaming apps (Amazon prime and Netflix) I switched back to cable and realized the problem wasn’t the wifi. The same issue happens with both live and recorded TV broadcasts.

If I turn the K550 off and use the TV speakers, the problem goes away on all three sources. When it occurs, sometimes it is merely distracting, but others it makes the tv unwatchable (cutting out as much as 50% of each second of sound).

I have video I can share of the same show, roughly same content/time with both the K550 and the tv speakers to demonstrate the clear difference.
