I ordered an SSD on black Friday.... it got lost in the mail.... now Samsung doesn't want to refund me or send out a new one.... it's 23 days later.... I should have just bought the off the shelf WD.... using the military rewards and the black Friday deals trying to save a couple of bucks was definitely not the move.... I'm putting Samsung on the back burner for awhile.... I've been on iPhone strike since the 6s.... that's how long I hold grudges.... I'm switching to Google now....

Create a dispute woth your credit card company. Outline rhat it was list in transit and you tried to resolve it with Samsung with no replacement or refund. Your cc company works for you.

I don't dispute charges often, but if I do, I only make one attempt to resolve with the vendor. If I get no satisfaction, I don't waste any more time with them, I put in a cc dispute.

Nowhere does the poster mentioned the shipping company, and if they were contacted!

They also don't seem to realize that a) it likely wasn't shipped til a few days after BF and b) it's a busy shipping season and deliveries may be delayed.

It's easy to look up your tracking number, the first thing I would do.

Yes, inot only is it easy, if they had the shipping company's apps, they would get notifications of the impending shipment and status updates. It's likely sitting in a transfer facility.

Have you contacted the shipping company at all?

The shipping companies usually prefer to deal with the shipper. They are very uncooperative with the recipient.
