What if Samsung asked the customers?

What if Samsung actually listened to their customers? Imagine if they asked users what they wanted to see in future software updates and design changes, and then actually delivered. Can y'all imagine? Actually getting our favorite gaming features back.. or Dex for windows.

I wonder how hard it would be to be a company that actually cared and valued their customers.

They do get feedback from their users, it's called a beta program.

Nah lol.. so many of us there in beta ui7 said bring back some game and features and other things they didn't do..

And u can partake in it as so many others do and voice not just your opinion but what actually needs to be do e then the revisions appear instantaneously true dat

And then they'd go out of their minds.  Millions of users, millions of different feature requests.  And, judging by some of the requests that come across this site, I think it's better that they don't. Can't please everyone, so you try to anticipate what would be useful to the masses, and there are many that are always disappointed.  Users can always send feedback to the development team, and if they get a preponderance of the same request, they  might decide to include the feature.

This is true but two features I've seen mentioned over and over by hundreds of users that they could easily integrated back into the updates that they just ignored.
Are gaming plugins that everybody love the most crosshair aim assist and dex for Windows.. but you're absolutely right I do agree with you but when you have hundreds of people asking for two things you would think you could slide those in..

Perhaps they ignored them for a reason. A single phone can't have every possible feature that every single user desires.  It would be a mess.  No device is perfection for every user.  Every user has to decide what features are important to them and then go find a device with those features.  I'm pretty sure that gaming is not the primary focus of features that developers want to concentrate on when making a device many, many, many people use for business, or even  just normal, everyday things.  You want gaming, you use a computer where the processors are more robust and have a constant, stable source of power.
