Why does my s23 plus always auto-rotate when playing xbox cloud gaming, I've turned off the auto-rotate feature, has anyone else had the same problem, any advice is appreciated!

Every app gets to choose orientation to display at.

Some apps as well don't include both orientations in their design. I've never used this app so can't tell you for sure what it can do.

Generally, any apps where games can be played will have landscape orientation and may be forced.
