Since this is a forum for Samsung users to assist other Samsung users with their Samsung devices and services, I'll confine my comments to this topic.
The easiest way to stream, cast, or mirror your Samsung phone is with a connected Samsung TV via the SmartThings app. It is sometimes possible to stream content from your PC to a Samsung TV using your in-home Wi-Fi network.
DLNA, specifically, is product that was developed by Sony, not Samsung, and, therefore, it is out of my scope to advise you.
