Why can't I play Spotify on Galaxy Watch 6?

Why can't I play Spotify music directly from my watch speaker? Everytime I try to change the device it's playing on and select watch it takes me to Bluetooth and does nothing from there. I just want to be able to have the option of listening to my music from the watch directly if my phone isn't close by. I was able to do this on my Watch Active 2.
I don't event have the option to select my watch from the Spotify app on my phone.

It should give you a option to choose phone or device. Click on the phone icon or watch icon and the 3nd Pic shows what should pop up.
