What is this called and how do I get rid of it?

So I have the One UI 8 for the watch. How do I get rid of this pill thing and get it to just be the timer icon again? I don't want this. Also, what is this pill notification dohicky thingamabob called anyway?

@Blu-Ray That is the Now bar. 

If you only want to see the icon:

1. Open the Wearable app
2. Click Watch settings
3. Click on Advanced features
4. Click on Now bar style
5. Click on Timer.
6. Select Icon only.
