Watch8: Touch Screen to wake got disabled every night

Watch8: Touch Screen to wake got disabled every night after a Sleep Mode.  My Sleep mode does not set to disable it but Touch screen to wake still got disabled

any fix to it?

There will be an update sometime next week to the watch 8 series to fix some bugs. It dropped in Korea a couple of days ago.

No, not exactly. I am having issues with AOD turning on, pulling down to get to quick settings there is a bug where I get just the star icon for modes.

One of the purposes of sleep mode is to disable the screen turning on when you move at night. It keeps your battery from draining. Why on earth would you delete that parameter from sleep mode? If you want your gestures to work when you are sleeping, just turn on do not disturb instead of sleep mode. This way, you can still raise your wrist to wake (for whatever reason you need to do that while asleep), but still not be woken up by notifications.

the sleep mode I see don't have the "touch screen to wake" disabled in the settings I see

and the issue is not whether it disable the touch screen when it is in sleep mode, My issue is when the sleep mode ends, it does not enable it back, you understand?

This is a recent bug, as I understand it, among those who got the OneUI 8 update. Some people have taken to creating a new mode to turn tap screen to wake on when sleep mode ends. This is the default sleep mode. Even before it was delineated, tap screen to wake being off was always part of it.

you can't create an automatic routine to run when sleep mode ends, right  I checked routine, they have an "If" a mode is enabled, but not a "If" a mode is disabled

You cant run routines on watches. You have to create a new mode:
If you have sleep moe automated, this mode will start at the time sleep mode ends. Or, you can set a specific time/time period.

But would this mode works if the watch is in Airplane mode?  I like to set my watch to airplane mode when I sleep.  Would this mode kick in on the watch (to enable Tap screen to wake even the watch is still in Airplan mode?  If this mode work , i might even set it to disable the airplan mode on the watch when I awake

(I want the mode to be automatic and no need to manaully enable to Awake Mode)
