Hello, my watch started selecting things on the screen that I wasn't touching and wouldn't register when I did touch it. I did a hard reset, but then when attempting to reconnect to my phone via the app, I wasn't able to "double click" the watch to confirm. Then the watch screen went completely blank and every so often read outloud, "watch face turned off"
Eventually I think I was able to turn it off, but now it won't turn on at all anymore. It is fully charged, no debris, cracks, water... nothing. Im at a loss as to what happened or how to fix it.

I would recommend attempting to factory reset the device.

Given the age of the watch (released in 2019, making it 6 years old,) it is possible that some component of the device has failed. If this is the case, it may simply be time for an upgrade.

I tried the factory reset, and it didn't work. But, yeah, you're probably right. It had a good run for how long I had it for.

If you can hold off, Black Friday deals are historically the lowest prices on Galaxy Watches. Last year, I traded my Watch 5 for a Watch 7 and paid $0.

Support for the watch 2 has ended, so it is likely that your reset and disconnect will not allow you to reconnect to the Wear app. The watch 2 has the Tizen OS and Tizen is dead. Likely the only reason your watch was still in use was beccause it had already been configured and connected. I am afraid it's time to upgrade your watch.
