Would Samsung please give us a way to turn off the notification that the watch has disconnected from the phone when NOT wearing the watch? I see the settings in the app and the watch to turn off the disconnect notifications and I selected "None" but both state "while you're wearing the watch". I do not always wear the watch when I'm home. If I'm out of range of the watch, I get consent notifications that the watch has disconnected. I will have to turn off the watch whenever I take it off. Using a Watch6 but have not seen anything for any Samsung watch.

On the watch pull down the upper menu where you find Blu tooth, turn off watch button and the others. If turning off the watch Blu tooth does not stop the disconnection messages sent to your phone, then download the wearbles app for your phone and I believe their is a way to stop the notifications sent to your phone.

Turning off the Blu tooth should stop the notifications but that would be the same as turning the watch off.
The wearable app on the phone does have a setting to turn off disconnect notifications but, like I stated, the setting shows this only works "while you're wearing the watch".

Yes, I am not a fan of any watch until more improvements are made and that may be on the way. Samsung tries hard to please. I have a 44" Samsung Galaxy #4 with a #6 upgrade.
I like to limit anything and everything I do, just retain as much memory as I can and I have less issues now more than ever. I like to use mine for the Samsung Pay feature and to tell the time or the NFC setting only.

Go to the Wear app/watch settings/advanced features and turn off disconnection alerts. Then, for good measure, go to the phone settings, make sure notification categories for each app is turned on. Then go to the apps list, locate Galaxy (x) watch manager, open the notifications, select notification categories, and slide off device disconnected

Please read the Disconnect setting in the app and on the watch! Both show it turns off the disconnect notification "WHILE YOU'RE WEARING THE WATCH".
I want to turn off the disconnect notifications when NOT wearing the watch or all of the time.

Once i turned off the disconnect alert on the wearable, I never received an alert. To my knowledge, I have never received a disconnect alert on the phone, even though that slider is on. Now, it may show on the phone when I'm disconnected, but that is usually when Im out of range of my phone, and I believe it goes goes away when back in range, however, that may happen as I'm approaching, and I never see it. In any case, if therre is any such notification, it's silent, so it would not disturb me. If at any time, I glance at my phone and see my watch is disconnected and my watch is in range, I'd appreciate the notification so that I can check what caused it. I think I saw it once as my watch restarted.

Both the app and the watch are set to "none" for notifications when disconnected from phone but is only works when wearing the watch (like the settings state). Both have been restarted multiple times. This is not a new issue, it's happened since new.
I can get constant notifications when I'm home and must be just outside of range.  When the watch is in one room, I'm in another room, the notice pops up multiple times while I'm reading something on my phone. Also happens as I move in and out of range while moving around the house with my phone and not wearing the watch. Seems like something that Samsung should offer. I will get in the habit of turning the watch off when I take it off so I only get one message.

As I said, I get no popups, just a little disconnect symbol that goes away without input when reconnected.

I went into the app notification setting on my phone (S24) and turned off notifications from the Wear app. Hopefully this is a solution. I tested it and it seemed to work. I can't think of any notifications from the Wear app that I need.
