Galaxy WatchI have been using my SM-R800 model watch for years to check how my steps compare to others. Recently, I had an issue and had to sign out of my Samsung account, and sign back in. Now, the Leaderboard on the watch is not displaying my status, and it tells me I need to turn on Together in Samsung Health. I already have it turned on. I considered turning Together off and turning it back on, but the app states that will permanently erase my history and challenges. I have been doing challenges for years, and I want to erase my history. How can I get my step comparisons to show again on my watch? I have tried deleting and reinstalling the Health app, but that did not work either.
I have also noticed that my challenge scores are not updating on my watch until I bring up the Samsung Health app on my phone and look at the challenge there. Then the watch updates.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? It's one of the favorite features of using my watch.
I am using the Galaxy Watch SM-R800 and the S24 Ultra

Galaxy WatchThank you. I just tried resetting it, with no luck. I appreciate the suggestion though.

Galaxy Watch@Jersian That is an old watch. Samsung will end support for Tizen OS watches at the end of this year. This means that anything before the GW 4 will no longer have support.
Currently you can get a $100 trade-in value on Samsung.com toward the GW 7. You may want to consider upgrading.

Galaxy WatchThat's disappointing to hear. I looked it up, and it appears that the end of all support will be in May of '25. I really like the design and layout of the watch, so I really don't appreciate having to purchase a new one. I may look into the upgrade trade-in however.
Hopefully I can figure out how to get this to work in the meantime.
