Watch not registering with Wearables app or collecting sleep data

How do I diagnose my watch to find out what is going on? And why it is not registering it with wearable and collecting sleeping data

I have been having this issue as well.  Will track sleep, but not the different cycles. Had this issue since downloading the recent update.  Samsung Watch 7.

I finally fixed it. You have to disconnect and unpair from Bluetooth and repair today. Keep bluetooth, then reboot your watch.It will fix the problem
