I had 2 watches 1 being a watch 7 and the other being a watch 5. I LTE service on both phones but when they're away from each other they won't work properly. Has anyone else has these issues and what seems to be the fix?

@userNDMl9yrOri Can you clarify what you are doing?

Are you somehow pairing the Watch 7 to the Watch 5?

Only one watch can be actively connected to your phone at any given time. More than one can be configured to connect, but only one will be active.

I'm trying to pair them to 2 different phones and neither watch will work on the LTE even with a plan from my carrier.

@userNDMl9yrOri You will probably need to work with the carrier to sort out LTE connection issues.

Do you have two separate watch lines, or did you have your digits number transferred to the watch 7? As @LongHiker mentioned, you will have to sort connectivity issues out with your carrier.

Let me ask you, do the watches pair and just not work independently of the phone? No calls or texts? No app notifications?  If you are getting calls and texts, then the LTE is working.  If you are not getting notifications from the phone apps while untethered from the phones, make sure you have remote connection turned on in the watch settings and that your watch and phone have network connections - either wi-fi or mobile.  They do not have to be on the same network, just connected to a network as the phones and watches now remote connect through Google cloud services. Many people turn their wi-fi and/or cellular data off on the watch to save battery (but they are not really saving anything), so they have issues like this.  There are also people who feel they have to turn off their wi-fi on their phones if not actively connected to a network.

In any case, this is just a long-winded rambling to tell you to make sure the remote connection is turned on and see if that resolves the issue. If the LTE is not working when you are untethered, then that is a carrier issue.
