Watch Alarm Tile does not allow setting alarm on same date

It is 6 PM.  I try set an alarm for 9:30 PM.  Todays date is not an option.  The date numbers don't go smaller than tomorrow's date.

That's strange I just tried on mine and was able to make one be sure you changed it to pm because if the time as already past it won't allow it.  I was able to set a alarm for 1030pm for tonight but first it wasn't allowing me to because I forgot to change it from AM to PM
