Watch 7 sound

I was given a Watch 7 for mothers day this year. Its been great until now. Every time I use the sound for incoming calls, it sounds distorted to the point that I can't understand what is being said. Any advice on fixing this?

@DTrim Have you tried changing the volume? It might be that the volume is too high and overdriving the speaker.
