Every time I attempt to setup my mobile plan on my watch the App says "Something went wrong while confirming that you can use this mobile plan. Contact your service provider for help fixing this." The problem with that is the service is just fine, I set my husbands watch up on his line perfectly, not a single issue, but mine just wont do it. I contacted my carrier and they had no idea what to do so I figured I would reach out here. I think the app may not be getting information from my sim/carrier, im not sure how it works, but I may try to remove my sim and reinstall it, see if that triggers something.

I FINALLY got my watch to connect, but it took some investigative thinking. While nosing around the Watch6 Manager I accidentally opened it up in the Google Play Store and noticed that it said it wasn't compatible with my phone anymore, presumably because of the Android 14 Update. So I reset my watch for the 4th time, but this time I also uninstalled the Manager Plugin for it. Once my watch rebooted a new Manager was downloaded and my mobile plan activated without issue.

I would suggest resetting the watch and starting from scratch. Then you can sign in to your mobile account again, make sure that you pick the right number that is paired to your cell number.

I suspect you might have inadvertently picked the wrong number.

I wasn't given an option to pick anything. As soon as I start the process this is what I get. Even after reinstalling my sim and resetting the watch.Screenshot_20231207_205752_Galaxy Watch6 Manager_1000007724_1702000760.png

When you say SIM, do you mean the ESIM for your watch?
Who is you carrier?

You can also try setting up the watch first in the wearable app without the mobile plan first, then try adding after

You can still set up the watch and skip the mobile plan, then when watch is set up, go into the wearable app and try adding it.
That is what I read doing a Google search
