Use of Facer with 2024 Watch Ultra

Galaxy Watch
I have downloaded the most recent software on my 2024 Watch Ultra and although Facer is supposed to work with the latest update, it seems to get stuck for me and will not load any faces. Has anyone else had this problem and any ideas for a solution?
