So I'm aware of how miniscule this might be but for me it's very annoying since I use this feature almost daily but ever since this big update for the watches I've noticed that the timer once it goes off it no longer vibrates it's just silent and I've tried to see maybe it got switched off but I couldn't find anything. I use the timers for when I workout to work to cooking so is there way to fix this issue is it just my watch or is there a way to fix this somehow?

In Settings> Sound and vibrations > Volume section, I had ringtone and notifications set to silent because I never want my watch ringing, I want to feel the vibrations. But now, apparently, it won't vibrate if ringtone is set to silent. You can still have it be silent by setting the watch to vibrate only but if you don't have it toggled to something in this setting it won't vibrate when an alarm goes off.

Try changing the vibration pattern for notifications. Is the timer the only thing not vibrating?

Have you cleared the watch cache partition after the update?

Same issue for me .  Cleared cache and even factory reset my watch.  Nothing
