What, exactly, are you asking?

If you mean you want your ringtone and notifications to ring through your BT device as well as your phone, that option exists in your Bluetooth settings.  Connections/Bluetooth/advanced settings/ringtone sync. Turn it on.

I seem to remember an Android system setting that let you link ringtone & notification volumes, so that when you changed one, it changed the other. I believe that's what OP is asking for.

You can't post in non-sequitors. Feature requests usually include the words "feature request" in the title. The option already exists, and if it's not the feature you want, you have to be specific for the developers too
