Galaxy WatchI understand how upsetting this is. Have you tried performing a reset on the watch? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/ Also check to see if the software is up to date. If the watch is still overheating, then it would be recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. You could also contact your place of purchase to see what options they may have available. If you wish to set your device up for service, please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
