SmartThingsFind not working

I have setup and registered my watch 6 and it is working correctly.  However, SmartThings does not see it as a registered device.  Does anyone know what can be done?  Product Support sends me to Account Setup who then sends me back to Product Support.  Super Frustrating!

ok samsung smartthingsfind my telephone when on it online and exatly say find it 

but it have anoiyng beepeng signal every 15 min find my telephone, but at this time it is not needed

i go to smartthingsfind an cant stop find my telefon
