Samsung account error when signing in/setting up watch - Out of ideas

So i recently bought a galaxy z fold 7 and a galaxy watch 7. I have tried everything but the watch will not let me sign into my Samsung account. Through the wearables app under watch settings it shows i am signed in. The watch itself says otherwise. 

 
I am unable to download watch faces and utilize Samsung features like Bixby. I checked reddit and many other people are having issues with the same thing. It seems it started and persists around 2 months ago. 
 
I've tried resetting both the watch and phone, updated both devices and the wearable app. I even signed out of Samsung account on my phone and resigned in to see if that would work. 
 
Do i just wait for a future update to fix this issue? I am out of ideas and have even turned to chatgbt for any other work arounds. My last resort was posting to the members app to get more input.
 
My phone gets brought to Samsung accounts on the Samsung app store. It says "install" but whenever i try to click it i get an error message saying my watch needs to be connected to wifi. I've reconnected my watch to Wi-Fi multiple times now and problem still persists.

Yeah, I wish mine fixed itself. It's problem after problem. I thought I was upgrading when I went from the 4 to the 7.. Seems like I've downgraded by multiple decades! I just want to use my watch, like I was 6 months ago. I don't understand. Then Samsung wants me to send my watch in to them to get it fixed.. Like, what? I'm not the only one!
