Problem with Watch 8 band - Athleisure Metal on the Band Scratches work surfaces and "Customer Service" no help.

I received my new Watch 8 today only to find that the Athleisure band has two metal loops jutting out from the band and I can hear them rub against my desk and laptop as I work - it won't be long before it scratches my computer and my desk. This is an awful band and apparently I cannot get an exchange or replace it with a new band. 

I have been upgrading my Samsung watches and tablets for many years and I've never had a bad experience until now. Customer service said they could only replace my band with the exact same band and could not send me a new one in exchange. When I asked for a supervisor they put me in a deadzone - no one ever responded. I guess that's how they handle problems they can't solve so they can keep their stats good. 

Samsung made a very bad watchband and should solve this issue.

Sorry this happened to you. The only recourse is to send it back and reorder. You will lose your preorder $50 credit.

I made it a point of checking out Samsung bands before I placed my order at Best Best.

I will not lose my $50.00 credit. I will purchase a band on Amazon and continue to fight with Samsung until they fix the problem. How can they create a watch band that will wreck everyone's laptop with scratches and then ignore it when someone complains?
