I have the Galaxy Watch4. 12/19 I performed One UI 6 Watch upgrade. The following day I noticed my watch did not track my sleep and wasn't detecting my heart rate. I've reached out to Samsung via chat and phone on 12/20. Was told to reset the phone and when that didn't fix anything was told to submit system logs through Members app. After 10 days with no follow-up I called again today (12/30). I un-installed the Wearable app and reset my watch twice and rebooted. Still no fix and was told that since my watch was out of warranty that I'd have to send it in and pay them to fix when Samsung broke my watch with this update. When I told them I shouldn't have to pay because this is Samsung's fault I was told to take it to a Service center. From my research this update has broken a lot of people's watches.

When I ran the diagnostic these are the issues I'm experiencing:
ā— Wrist is not detected
ā— Notifications aren't working (calls/texts, etc. aren't coming to my phone anymore)
ā— BIA Sensor isn't working
ā— ECG Sensor isn't working

This impacts most things I use this watch for making it useless to me right now. Has anyone had any success with a fix?

I'm not sure of all the issues you're having, but I, too, had issues with the update. This helped my watch. Go to security and turn off wrist detection. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reply. I did try that when troubleshooting. Unfortunately, all issues still persist.
