Not receiving updates on Galaxy watch 5 Pro LTE

In 2022, I purchased an unlocked Galaxy Watch 5 Pro LTE. Since then. It has not received any updates. Am I missing something? How do I get the most current security updates, etc.?

Have you attempted going into the Galaxy wearable app and trying to force the update? In the settings menu.
