Newest Update for Galaxy Watch

After the update, it doesn't allow me to turn off the animation in developer options. It will initially turn off but it turns back to 1.0 at some point. I can drop the animation to .5, but I don't like the animation as it slows down the watch. 

Samsung please fix. I am assuming it's a bug
