Have traded in my S21 for a new S25 and cannot get my Samsung Health data to transfer.  As a matter of fact, each time I have gotten a new phone, I have lost all my old data.

I just posted something about my health data not syncing on my S21. I'm not trying to transfer, but I wonder if it is related to the same syncing issue I believe they introduced in a late September update

@KenY59 If your Samsung Health is syncing with your Samsung account, and you use the same Samsung account on your new phone, you shouldn't lose any Samsung Health data.

Are you using Smart Switch to transfer your data?

I have never list data moving to a new phone. I also don't lose watch data when transferring to a new phone.

Have you tried backing it up or syncing it ? But I believe all my phones have done that as well.
