Cycle tracking not working on GW7

Hi all!

 

I just got a GW7 and everytime I try to open the period tracking tile in the watch I get the message "set up cycle tracking on your phone first" but I already did this and Synced multiple times.

I also tried clearing the health's app cache both on the watch and the phone, but nothing.

Any idea how I can access my cycle data on my watch?

Open the Support tab here in the Members app and submit feedback to Samsung tech support describing your problem. Hopefully, they can help you resolve this issue.
