Galaxy WatchNot sure if this is the right place for this but just looking for info that google has a hard time helping me with.
I had a watch 4, got a watch 7 a few weeks ago. Day 1 it's been fine. Week 1 fine. Mk the 1 fine. Now since January 15th my sleep tracking has stopped, simultaneously my wear detection stopped working as my watch constantly asks for my passcode whenever I use it.
What would cause this? Why would it work flawlessly for weeks and then just stop completely?

Galaxy WatchHas your watch, by any chance, loosened up? In order for wrist detection to work, the watch must be snug and positioned above the wrist bone.
Have you rebooted your watch since this started? Try that.
Have you turned off wrist detection? This may help with the PIN issue.
Has the watch had an update, and did you wipe the cache partition after the update? You should do this after updates and any time you have an unexplained issue.
Are the other sensors working OK? You can do a diagnostic on the watch to make sure all the sensors are working properly.
FYI, you don't need a security code on the watch if you are not using Samsung Pay or Google Pay. Sleep tracking should/will take place even if the watch is locked. All sensors will still work when the watch is locked, provided they are all in working order.
