Galaxy WatchDoes anyone know of an app that will show the details of the start/stop times of each sleep stage (awake, light, deep, rem) in a sleep session? I tried downloading the data, but I could not figure out how to decipher the JSON for the sleep stages. Does anyone know of an app that can do this?

Galaxy WatchNot sure if another app does that, but the Samsung Health app does give you a graph of your sleep factors and while not the exact times of your sleep stats it does show the range of your entire sleep and the sections and times of what occurred doing that specific time. This would be a great idea in a future update for the Samsung Health app on phones. Hopefully they could make that happen.

Galaxy WatchYes, but the graph will not show a time (for example) for when any specific REM sleep begins/ends. The times shown on the x-axis of the graph are far too coarse to have any real use.
By comparison, the Apple health app allows you to touch the start of the REM sleep in the chart, and a pop-up will show the actual time that REM sleep begins.
