Galaxy WatchI have for many years in have read books before sleeping. Before the update changing from "sleep stages" to sleep latency, my results were always good to excellent. I sleep from midnight to 9am. Nice the update my results, sleeping the same length of time, is needs attention to fair, historically the sleep factors are the same as or better than my old results. I go to bed at 10pm and my sleep latency results always show ยฒ hours or more, this negativity effect the sleep factor results. Is it possible to disable the sleep latency or change back to the more relevant sleep stages.
