My watch disconnected from my phone and won't reconnect.

I have restarted both, checked the Bluetooth settings and it still won't connect.

Have you tied to complete unpair then repair watch from your mobile device?

Not yet because that will delete all my settings and pay info. I was trying not to have to do that.

Do other Bluetooth devices connect to your phone? What phone are you using?

Yes, my headphones are connected. S24+ with watch 7.

@AngelWaddell The next step would be to completely reset the watch.

My watch ultra did the same thing last night.

I noticed my watch had died rather quickly since my last charge. I put it on the charger last night and it disconnected from my phone. When I put my watch back on it told me I needed to disconnect and reset. It's like my phone completely "forgot" my watch. I was not able to readd it or connect at all.

Yes mine did the same thing after the update. Died fast and when I charged it, said the same thing.. I had to unpaired and reset the watch and add it back like a new watch. Fortunately it had backed up so some things were saved.
