My samsung galaxy watch active 2 is stuck on a startup loop

My samsung galaxy watch active 2 is stuck on a startup loop, not booting loop and I can't stop it by booting. I can hold the button inside and then comes booting but nothing happens. I can not shut it off and I can't connect it to the Watch app. It didn't get wet or anything like that. What can I do? any ideas?

This means you have waist damage as he you need to either get it repaired or but a new watch

Support for the watch 2 has ended. The watch is now obsolete and you will have to get a new model.
