Is there a way to set the watch to switch from raise to wake to touch when you go to sleep or do you have to do it manually?

@Ellin The watch has Bedtime mode. If you enable that on the watch when you go to bed it will not wake when you raise your wrist. The icon looks like a bed with a moon over the end.

BTW, enabling Do Not Disturb does not prevent the watch from waking when your wrist is raised.

The watch has "do not disturb and good night" options. You just need to configure the feature to your needs. On my 2018 Galaxy Watch, these options are in Galaxy Wearable app>advanced
