Is the stables version of One UI 8out for the Galaxy Watch Ultra?

I joined the One UI 8 Beta but backed out early. I obviously couldn't roll back the beta version I was on after leaving the beta program. 

Since then, I assumed once the stable version was out, I would have gotten it. I haven't gotten the stable version at all.

Any reason why? Anybody got this issue too?
