The 7-day average sleeping heart rate calculated for the energy score feature is constantly and consistently inaccurately calculated or correlated to the actual average, often saying my average is lower than my sleeping heart rate average has ever even been according to it's own readings. Over 90% of my scores are negatively impacted by this inaccuracy, because my sleeping heart rate is almost always higher.
I've seen this posted about on Reddit and in another forum section so I know I'm not alone and this has been an issue for at least almost a year. Is there any fix in sight?

I finally gave up with energy scores, sleep scores, AGEs Index, and the whole kit and kaboodle. I also found a lot of arithmetic errors as well as high/low comparison errors from one day to the next. I also dislike the Insight Cards which were using these erroneous comparisons.

If they work for you, more power to you. I just found them to be of little value. I'd like to turn off the Insight Cards, and I asked Software Support, but nothing ever came of it.
