Galaxy WatchHave you checked the watch settings to make sure that the notifications are being allowed to be sent to the watch? Wear App/watch settings/notifications - tap the section for app notifications and enable all the apps you want to allow notifications for on the watch. Then make sure that in the section that says "show phone notifications on watch" is set to show alerts even when phone is in use. Then go to Advanced notification settings and make sure "new notification indicator on watch face" is enabled, along with any other options you want on.
If you are actually getting notifications, but not getting a vibration, go into the settings on the watch, select sounds and vibration, and change the vibration pattern and intensity and/or add a sound and put the volume to the lowest setting you can hear.
Also, try rebooting into maintenance mode and deleting the watch's cache partition. Press and hold the home and back buttons simultaneously until the watch reboots. When the Samsung logo appears on the screen, let go of the buttons, then press the home button until you enter maintenance mode. Navigate to "delete cache partition" with the back button and select with the home button. Confirm deletion and reboot.

Galaxy Watch1. Recheck Notification Settings:
Go to Settings > Notifications on both your watch and your connected phone. Make sure that notifications are enabled for the apps you want. Double-check Do Not Disturb settings and make sure it's off or configured properly.
2. Check App-Specific Notification Settings:
Some apps may have their own notification settings. Make sure that each app you want notifications from has been granted permission to notify you in Settings > Apps.
3. Clear Cache and Data of Notification Services:
Go to Settings > Apps > Galaxy Wearable > Storage and clear the cache and data. This might help reset any corrupted notification settings.
4. Unpair and Repair the Watch:
Sometimes, the connection between the watch and phone can become disrupted. Try unpairing the watch from the Galaxy Wearable app and then repairing it.
5. Check for Updates:
Make sure both the Galaxy Wearable app and the watch are running the latest software. If there's an update available, install it, as it might include a fix for notification-related issues.
6. Reset the Watch:
As a last resort, you could try resetting the watch. This would erase all data on the watch, so make sure to back it up first. Go to Settings > General > Reset to perform the reset.
If the issue persists, it might be worth reaching out to Samsung again and explaining that this is an ongoing issue even after updates. Hopefully, they can provide a more targeted fix or solution.
