How do you change the app menu style for the Galaxy Watch 4 to grid view

I have been searching this question up on YouTube and google and couldn’t find a answer. Can the galaxy watch 4 app screen be changed to grid view like Apple Watch? If so, how can you change it, instead of just a 3x6 or whatever list

The only thing you can do with the app screen on the watch is arrange the apps into the order you want and/combine them into folders.
