Galaxy WatchHello, We understand how frustrating it can be when an app will not load the data properly. There are a couple of steps we recommend.
1. Clear the app cache for Samsung Health. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Samsung Health app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078952/ Make sure your settings are toggled on to sync Samsung Health with your Samsung account before uninstalling to prevent losing the data.
If the app is still not displaying the historical data, we recommend contacting the Samsung Health team by calling 1-855-795-0509.
