This is a major issue.
2nd time in my last 3 trade-ins, FedEx each time this happened got stuck in Hutchins Texas!

Update edit: After a few calls and many emails I finally got them to not do a charge back. I requested the supposed video of the opening of the box, to see if it matched the condition of box I sent. I wanted proof to know if the shipping label had been changed from the one I printed to a machine generated label!

Thanks. I did. Sent the video and pictures.

Unfortunately this is not my first rodeo with this problem.

I used almost a whole roll of packing tape to seal every bit of that box!

It seems like you need to stop trading in with Samsung.

If this real which I believe it is then the program and procedures set up by samsung are flawed. You can't blame the customer for engaging in a flawed program marketed heavily by company. There is not a reasonable expectation that you will likely be ripped off. Exactly the opposite.

I have to keep making calls to higher ups, I shouldn't be responsible for them using FedEx. They know they have a problem, 1000s upon 1000s of devices get stolen all the time at that FedEx facility!

Samsung and FedEx is going to meet their match one day and be sued. When I did my first (so far) trade in, I boxed while in the store while my hubby recorded everything, all because of posts like these(which I appreciate because it taught me to record just in case).
