I recently got a galaxy watch ultra and it's been draining a ton of battery at night. Just last night it went down 60% battery during a 9 hour sleep. I checked the battery usage and nothing is above 1%. I have it set on a sleep routine when I go to bed that turns on the battery saver mode with raise and tap display off. I do have all of the sleep health features turned on. Part of the reason I got the watch was for the sleep health features. Was there just a battery issue with my watch or is it my settings?

Why not just put it in sleep mode?  You can add the power save to the sleep mode parameters (all modes are editable). What percentage was your battery at when you went to bed?  Is this a recent occurrence or has this been happening since you obtained the watch?  You can do a diagnostic on the watch to see if the battery is defective (it happens).  The diagnostics can be done through the support tab in the members app.

I do put it in sleep mode through the routine, unless there's another way of doing it. I have power saving set on the routine as well. It's been happening since I got the watch a week or two ago. There was one night where it only drained 10% for a 8 hour sleep but even when I only get 4-5 hours it drains over 30%. When I did the diagnostic from the app it shows that it's normal.

It takes a week or two to normalize battery usage. Snd the furst couple of weeks it's doing updates, you are looking at it more. Also, during sleep backups take place even with power saving on, although other background processes are limited. Of course backups only take place if the battery is above 30%. You didn't say whether your watch was fully charged before bed. I try not to go to bed below 40%, if possible, as I generally find that the lower the percent, the faster the drain. Just something about batteries in general that does that.

I go to bed with it fully charged. Last night it was around 94 when I went to bed and woke up with it at 34. I'll give it another week and see how it goes I guess.
