Galaxy WatchI understand how frustrating this is. If you have verified the software is up to date and tried doing a factory reset, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/, and the issue continues, we would recommend looking into upgrade your device as it has hit it's end of life. Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating overheating on any device can be and would be happy to assist you further. Can I please have your full model number, baseband number, Bluetooth or LTE, the device your watch is paired with, and the Android version on the phone?
