Anyone else have issues with charging a galaxy watch 7? Straight out the box I've been having issues. It has an authentic charger and samsung charger block. Up to date software. Only charges about 4% and stops, then I have to reboot the watch. It starts to charge up to 4% again, then stops, states paused charging. I reboot, replace on charger, it charges 4% then stops... it takes about 10 hours for me to charge it up to 100%, kind of a ridiculous issue to deal with. Samsung support puts me through the rigmarole, "is charger clean, is charger samsung, is software up to date"...
An update for anyone that comes across the issue I was having with a new galaxy watch 7 charging pausing constantly. I went to the samsung site on Amazon and bought a new charging puck and it works perfectly. It gets half as hot as the original puck that came with my watch, and it stays on til 100%. It seems to be slow and I believe it is the charging puck for the watch 6, but I wanted to take a cheap gamble before I wasted time sending my watch for service. So if your watch 7 doesn't want to charge, it's probably the puck. It's ashame they sent out a new product like that, but it's working fine now, I'm content.
