Galaxy watch 7 - Yellow ring around the bezel

I'm getting a yellow ring around the bezel when I raise my arm or perform any action.

It's a also a smaller box that highlights the parts of the weather or a text or a timer.

Press both buttons simultaneously

That indicates that you have Universal Gestures enabled in Watch settings. You can change the color but not turn it off completely without turning off Universal Gestures.
