Thank you for that information. I would recommend giving some the troubleshooting steps in these links a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003245/ and https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10002855/

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps and are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be a factory reset. Please remember to back your watch up prior to factory resetting. Also, please test your device before restoring from backup as this will allow us to rule out any software symptoms. Give this link a try for the steps to properly reset your watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

If the factory reset doesn't resolve your symptoms. I would recommend contacting our customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864 for remote support.

Do you keep your watch connected to the phone at all times? Do you have remote connection enabled? If you do, you have to either keep Wi-Fi or mobile data active on both the watch and phone, otherwise when you are out of BT range, the only notifications that will come through to the watch are the ones for which there is a companion app on the watch.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with not getting notifications. In order to better assist you are you using the Samsung Wearables app of the Google Wear app?
