Galaxy Watch Ultra Assistance

Howdy all! Hope you are doing well.

Would someone please assist me with the button function on my watch? 

I used to be able to silence inbound calls via the home button (top) and it would stop it on both watch and phone. 

Now it only stops the vibration on the watch while the phone vibration continues. 

Anyone else have this problem? Many thanks in advance!
