After the last update the screen stops updating and will go blank during updates. It takes several seconds after turning wrist for it to come back. IF you press button or tap screen it comes back. Basically, made the watch useless during the workout. I want to roll back update or get a fix from Samsung. I have also seem multiple other threads on reddit and other forums with same complaint.
Same problem here on the Watch Ultra. Really has me thinking about switching back to my apple watch and iPhone 15 pro max that I have. Kinda regretting going Samsung. I go running outside multiple times a week and waiting for 5-10 seconds for the workout screen to unfreeze every time I look at the screen is aggravating to say the least. Just glad I'm not the only one.
In the other thread of another topic it took them weeks to respond. Maybe you should go back to the Apple Watch, it’s apparently what all the Samsung employees and managers must be using.
Personally I hope the new Garmin Forerunner watches will be released any moment, I am so ready to switch.
I am having the same problem as others have reported after the latest update. Workout screen freezes and requires manual intervention to wake up the watch which is extremely frustrating. Please fix ASAP!
I have the same problem, it's driving me crazy. I bought this watch just a month ago and I already regret it. How can they ruin a basic function with an update? 😞 and where we can complain about it?
