Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025 showing Samsung Health Monitor app not available in my location

Hey Samsung i have the watch ultra 2025 and the health monitor app says that is not available in my location. Why is that happening? I had the watch 6 and it worked fine. Can you please fix the problem.
