Hello!

Thank you for reaching out, I can understand doing so experiencing this symptom. Is your device able to power on to be able to reset the device? You can see how to reset your device by using this link, I would recommend doing this if you have not performed this already.

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smart watch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00076952/

If the symptoms persist, after this troubleshooting has been done, the unit may require service. Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.

Hi.

I had the same issue and the watch completely stopped charging.

First solution was to buy a new charging pad from Amazon. It popped right off after being reset and then ran down to 3%. I thought my problems were through.

But then again last night, at about 23% I set it on the new pad about an hour before retiring, as I use the watch to track sleep. It charged to 65% and then stopped and again said too warm. So I waited and set it on the charger when I went to bed.

Got up this morning, and still 65%. I stopped charging, moved the cable to a different lower wattage charge and set it on top. It charded to 85% and then stopped. Took it off, and 1/2 hour later tried again. This time it charged  completely to 100%. Ran all day and now at 93%.

I am thinking I may have solved the problem by not letting it get so low before topping it off? and then watching the temp. I'll see what it does tomorrow morning, when it will likely be around 75-80% maybe.
