Galaxy Watch

The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. 😡

You are not alone. Lots of people having this issue after the update. Several threads on this topic since early January. Some are suggesting clearing watch cache partition. Does it help? 🤷‍:male_sign:

Galaxy Watch

Hello,

After much reading, I want to post my findings and conclusions regarding Galaxy Watch (Ultra in my case) disconnecting from phone and unable to connect again. I see a lot of people posting problems even with Galaxy phones in recent post from February.

My phone is Motorola Edge 30 Pro. Few days ago phon disconnected BT from phone and wouldn't reconnect. I restarted phone and watch, no changes. I reset the watch, it connected to phone, but after first disconnect wouldn't connect again. I reset the phone, installed everything, granted all permissions, turned off optimizations for Wearable app, Watch 7 plug in... Same thing. Only difference is if I turn off BT from watch and than turn it on the watch will connect. But if I turn off BT on phone or restart the phone watch would not connect.

Finally I installed my watch on another phone Realne C33 entry level phone with zero problems, everything works just fine. Any help or info would be much appreciated.

Galaxy Watch

I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra and paired it with my Nothing Phone 2 running Android 15. However, I'm facing a recurring connectivity issue.

Every 2-3 days, the watch disconnects from Bluetooth and enters the re-pairing process in the Samsung Wearable app. Unfortunately, it never successfully reconnects, forcing me to reset the watch and uninstall/reinstall the Wear app to set everything up from scratch.

This has become frustrating, and I'm now considering returning the watch if a solution isn't found.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a fix? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have a S25 Ultra and a Galaxy Watch 7 and everything was great until I put my watch on for the gym tonight and noticed that the two were no longer connected. The watch does not show in my wearable app and when I try to reconnect them it fails just after the number validation. Anyone else have this happen? I know I can reset the watch and try connecting from the beginning but I'm annoyed that it happened and that I might have to set my watch up again.

When I first got my S25 Ultra, my watch did this 5-6 times. It prompted me on the watch to "reset watch". I obviously reset to get back to connected and each once watch was setup I did the backup from the watch. A day goes by and same **bleep**. The last time I did the reset I didn't do the backup, I set up as a new watch and that worked for me (knock on wood). Haven't had any issues since!
